Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a painless and specialised oxygen therapy that involves breathing pure oxygen whilst in a hyperbaric chamber at increased atmospheric pressure (higher than normal air pressure). This allows blood plasma to absorb up to ten to fifteen times more oxygen at pressures greater than sea level.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: For fire prevention, no flammable items are allowed in the hyperbaric chamber. You will be asked not to wear or use any hair or skin care products such as perfume, makeup or hairspray. Please note that this also includes the wearing of synthetic clothing; please ensure that you wear 100% cotton clothing to enter the chamber.
